2. About Agape Bakery

Agape Bakery operates as a registered California Cottage Food Operation (CFO) under the California Health & Safety Code. All products are prepared in a home kitchen and sold directly to consumers. Our products are made in a home kitchen that is not inspected by the county, state, or local health department.

3. Eligibility & Geographic Restrictions

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. All sales and deliveries must be made within the state of California. We do not ship outside of California, and orders placed from outside the state will not be fulfilled.

4. Products

All baked goods sold by Agape Bakery are handcrafted in small batches using premium ingredients. Only non-perishable, low-risk foods that appear on the California Department of Public Health (CDPH) Approved Cottage Foods List are offered for sale. Product availability is subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

5. Ordering

Orders are placed through our website. By submitting an order, you represent that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, errors in pricing, or product unavailability. You will be notified promptly should your order be cancelled and any payment collected will be refunded.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at the time of order and is processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. Agape Bakery reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time without prior notice.

7. Fulfillment & Delivery

Orders are fulfilled through in-person pickup, local delivery, or shipping within California as applicable. A direct sale may be fulfilled in person, via mail delivery, or through a third-party delivery service. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Agape Bakery is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon handoff to a delivery carrier or pickup by you.

8. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please refer to our Refund Policy for the process to submit a quality concern within 24 hours of receipt.

9. Allergen Disclaimer

Our products are baked in a home kitchen that regularly handles wheat, eggs, dairy, nuts, and other common allergens. While we take care in our preparation, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from cross-contact with allergens. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to review ingredient and allergen information before purchasing. Agape Bakery assumes no liability for allergic reactions resulting from failure to review this information.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Agape Bakery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.

All content on this website including the Agape Bakery name, logo, product photography, descriptions, and written content is the property of Agape Bakery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
